What this form stores
Your name, company, work email, optional website, portfolio size, property description and brief are saved with a submission reference, timestamp, consent record, inquiry status and any follow-up messages you submit. The studio owner can review your inquiry and add written updates.
Why we ask
The information is used to assess your request, prepare a scope and communicate about this inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing, place an order or authorize payment. A new-inquiry notification is sent to the studio through Resend when the sending service is configured. It contains a submission reference and a link to the authenticated studio, not your brief or private inquiry link. You are not sent an automatic confirmation email.
Your private inquiry link
The confirmation page provides a long, private access link. Anyone with that link can view your company name, property brief and written updates. Share it only with people who should have access. Your email and website are not displayed on that page.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database on the Sites platform and its Cloudflare infrastructure. The studio inbox is restricted to the owner’s authenticated account. The site does not use advertising trackers or subscribe you to third-party marketing lists.
Keep the brief simple
Do not submit guest information, access codes, financial details or confidential media links. Asset-transfer arrangements and production terms are agreed separately.
